Trading Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to enterprise-level clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to account management, order entry, processing, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality.

• Diagnose technical problems for clients to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Oversee client accounts and trading activities for irregularities, providing prompt alerts and assistance.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends and trading infrastructure to offer clients informed guidance and insights.

• Track corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and mergers, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

• Work in collaboration with trading desks, operations, IT, and compliance teams to address client issues.

• Gather client feedback and relay insights to product development and management teams.

• Ensure all client interactions and trading activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Recognize and manage potential risks related to client operations and trading processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a similar area.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services.

• Familiarity with trading platforms and equities trading; knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus.

• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63, or local equivalent, with a commitment to obtain within the first 6 months.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient verbal communication skills in another language besides English.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
