📋 Description

• Oversee outbound communications with trading counterparties

• Develop and maintain counterparty relationships

• Acquire allocators and limited partners (LPs)

• Take ownership of key performance metrics

• Fluent in Mandarin as a native speaker

• Proven closer with an established client book

• Strong trading acumen

• Knowledge of DeFi to establish credibility

• Demonstrated success in driving volume or flow
