• Oversee client risk management to ensure optimal margins on Swish products through positive expected value (EV) decisions.

• Supervise and maintain the accuracy of the depth chart, making timely adjustments in both pre-match and in-play scenarios.

• Conduct research and monitor verified news sources to identify significant news and assess its impact on betting markets.

• Perform independent analysis of betting trends using scientific methods and translate data into measurable trading actions.

• At least 3 years of experience in in-game play at an online sportsbook.

• Comprehensive understanding of sports betting and odds creation.

• Enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA Basketball, and NCAA Football.

• Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.

• Capability to quickly understand, compute, and convert odds as needed.

• Results-oriented work ethic aimed at enhancing processes, outcomes, and profitability.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field is preferred.

• Familiarity with relational database systems like MySQL is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.

• Background in Data Science is a plus.
