This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for Tradeify traders and clients
• Skillfully identify, evaluate, and address a diverse range of inquiries
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Tradeify’s trading platforms
• Troubleshoot incoming questions and escalate issues when necessary
• Deliver exceptional trader support
• Inform current and potential traders about the workings of Tradeify
• Contribute to Tradeify’s trader-facing Learning Center
• Monitor trading systems and prevalent support trends
• Engage in beta testing for new features
• Follow internal guidelines and best practices
• A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, technical support, operations, or a related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to type at least 30 WPM
• A customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in multitasking and effective time management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
