This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate trades across diverse asset classes, ensuring high precision, efficiency, and optimal execution quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Continuously invest in and manage client accounts utilizing advanced investment strategies across various custodial platforms.

• Actively identify and mitigate trading risks, diligently monitoring trade settlements, and promptly resolving any discrepancies or errors.

• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies, aiding in the development and execution of best practices in compliance.

• Work collaboratively with the trading team, taking initiative to standardize trading procedures, enhance workflows, and ensure comprehensive trading coverage.

• Deliver exceptional service to Advisors and their offices, serving as the primary contact for trade inquiries, cashiering, and portfolio performance, while proactively addressing potential issues.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of trading operations, including the assessment and integration of new technologies and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of trading experience at a TAMP (Turnkey Asset Management Program) or RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) in the wealth management sector, showcasing a proven track record of success.

• Series 65 / 66 or other relevant industry certifications are highly preferred, or the ability to secure within 90 days of employment.

• Solid working knowledge of major custodians such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity.

• Extensive trading experience across a wide array of asset classes, including equities, ETFs, mutual funds, fixed-income, and structured notes.

• Proven proficiency in trading sleeves (UMAs) using a Trade Order Management system to implement complex investment strategies.

• Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency gains.

• Experience with trading in Orion’s Eclipse is highly preferred.

• Thorough understanding of compliance and risk management principles in a trading context.
