Trade Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic client systems to ensure processes are accurate and efficient.

• Evaluate and contrast client contracts for dates, rates, and product specifications to guarantee compliance and precision.

• Conduct audits of client events to confirm the accuracy of deduction applications and maintain financial integrity.

• Propel timely reconciliation efforts between client requests, deduction balances, and customer timelines.

• Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to open deduction balances and provide insightful reporting on client KPIs and outstanding balances.

• Offer problem-solving assistance for Global Business Services, including customer backup documentation and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly collaborative meetings with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and address challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

• Capability to work with data, analyze trends, and produce actionable insights.

• Highly analytical with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Strong business acumen and confidence in making decisions.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and achieve results under tight deadlines.
