Cost Optimisation Specialist, Chinese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of operational and analytical tasks, overseeing everything from goal setting to execution and performance evaluation.

• Evaluate statistics, reports, and key performance metrics from partners to pinpoint opportunities for cost optimization and areas needing enhancement.

• Formulate and execute cost optimization strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assist and manage partners within Bitrix CRM, addressing both complex and non-standard requests.

• Enhance processes and tools related to partners, which includes CRM systems, reporting, documentation, and internal guidelines.

• Work alongside internal teams to meet efficiency and cost optimization objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

• Proficiency in Russian at C1 level or higher.

• Proficiency in Chinese at B2 level or higher.

• Skilled in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC usage.

• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management abilities.

• Capable of identifying professional solutions in diverse scenarios.
