Trade Monitoring Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee automated trading systems across various exchanges and platforms.

• Comprehend the functioning of high-frequency trading strategies and adjust strategy parameters in real-time based on market fluctuations.

• Develop, test, and implement trading monitoring software to evaluate strategy metrics instantaneously.

• Collaborate closely with Quantitative Researchers and Software Developers while testing or launching updates for the GUI, trading infrastructure, and strategies.

• Evaluate live trading for risks and technical issues, responding swiftly to any unusual market behaviors or conditions.

• Experience with Automated Trading Systems and Trading.

• Familiarity with Trading Operations.

• Proficient in Market Monitoring.

• Supervision of Live Trades.

• Knowledge of Trading Infrastructure.

• Experience in Risk Management within a Trading Context.

• Ability to tune Strategy Parameters.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to work in a rotational shift.

• A reliable and disciplined work ethic.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English for business communication.

• Significant experience using end-user computing tools such as Microsoft Office and similar products.

• Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience in a related role at a stock brokerage firm.

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Linux.
