
Trade and Distribution Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of commercial distribution.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain on commercial product functions such as DSCSA/serialization with third-party vendors (e.g., TraceLink), manufacturing/3PL build, inbound inventory, and responsibility matrix.
• Organize and carry out Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Cultivate the relationship with Urology GPOs to identify effective strategies for enhancing market share and overall sales.
• Establish, assess, manage, and revise vendor partnerships and agreements based on current and future business requirements.
• Supervise specialty pharmacy (SP) operations to ensure proper contract execution and prevent unauthorized product distribution from their institutions.
• Execute ad-hoc and cross-functional tasks and/or projects as needed to support business objectives and create developmental opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is necessary.
• A minimum of 8 years in a Market Access role is essential.
• Experience with product launches in rare or orphan diseases, urology, or oncology is preferred.
• A current valid driver's license must be possessed and maintained.
