This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Foster internal and external collaborations that align with strategic priorities.
β’ Act as the main deal leader for partnerships, licensing, and technology access agreements.
β’ Assess opportunities for strategic alignment, technical significance, and commercial viability.
β’ Negotiate terms related to licensing, exclusivity, milestones, and financial agreements.
β’ Oversee partnerships after execution to ensure adherence to defined objectives and governance.
β’ Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Over 10 years of relevant experience.
β’ Proven experience in negotiating intricate partnerships and licensing agreements.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional deal teams without direct authority.
β’ Strong commercial acumen, strategic judgment, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
β’ Willingness to travel β 25-30% domestically with occasional international travel.
