πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, initiate, and expand a care management billing function and a high-performing revenue cycle management (RCM) platform that enhances revenue integrity for small, independent practices.

β€’ Oversee the execution and enhancement of the care management billing business segment.

β€’ Establish and manage vendor partnerships to provide a robust RCM function.

β€’ Act as a product-focused leader by thoroughly understanding the needs of practices and user workflows.

β€’ Utilize AI and automation to innovate revenue cycle operations.

β€’ Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-achieving team of billing, coding, and collections professionals.

β€’ Create and implement scalable workflows, policies, and controls that ensure revenue integrity.

β€’ Set up, assess, and guide ongoing improvement initiatives for RCM and care management billing key performance indicators (KPIs).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5-7+ years of leadership experience in billing/coding within internal medicine, family medicine, and/or Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Direct experience with care management billing (e.g., CCM, RPM, TCM) and relevant reimbursement models, along with primary care revenue cycle management with a CPC certification is highly preferred.

β€’ Extensive understanding of revenue integrity best practices and regulatory compliance.

β€’ Proven experience in influencing non-employed practices in a managed services organization (MSO) or private-equity backed healthcare setting. Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to analyze trends and leverage data to impact financial outcomes.

β€’ Demonstrated experience operating as a strategic, product-oriented leader who effectively translates frontline user requirements into scalable service and technology solutions.
