This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee a team of 2-3 Digital Media Buyers as part of the broader Media Buying Team.
• Develop digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Connected TV, and programmatic DSP platforms for more than 2 clients.
• Collaborate effectively with Clients, Brand Managers, Business Analytics, Creative teams, and Media Planners to implement campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and expenditure pacing for numerous campaigns across various buying platforms.
• Prepare and deliver reports on results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Suggest optimizations to clients, utilizing insights from campaign performance data.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google, Meta Ads, and Connected TV DSPs (e.g., Basis DSP, DV360, Trade Desk).
• Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager for tracking media conversions.
• Experience in creating reports using Google Data Studio.
• Driven, self-sufficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication skills with high-level presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands concurrently and oversee monthly digital marketing budgets exceeding $500,000.
• Proficient in using data to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience in restaurant or multi-location retail marketing is an advantage.
