Toxicology Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Communicate the practical aspects of nonclinical toxicology work as it occurs on a daily basis — including study reports, CRO data packages, and IND module content — focusing on the real-world application rather than standard operating procedures.

• Create or assess reference materials that establish the benchmarks for quality: IND-ready study reports, SEND datasets, repeat-dose toxicology summaries, and safety pharmacology documentation.

• Identify plausible sources of variation, inconsistency, or data inaccuracies in nonclinical study data to ensure our tools can be evaluated against actual complexities.

• Design or evaluate tasks aimed at assessing AI performance related to toxicology activities.

• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated toxicology outputs: determine scientific accuracy, assess review readiness, and suggest modifications prior to IND submission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in nonclinical toxicology, or active participation in at least 10 IND-enabling toxicology programs.

• Extensive experience in transforming raw CRO study data into FDA-compliant IND submissions.

• Practical knowledge of repeat-dose toxicology, safety pharmacology, genotoxicity, toxicokinetics, and related GLP studies.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for evaluating and enhancing outputs.

• PhD is preferred but not mandatory — real-world IND experience is highly valued.
