Tower Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in the installation, upkeep, and enhancement of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and associated equipment.

• This position is hands-on and physically intensive, necessitating a robust work ethic and a readiness to work at elevated heights.

• Primarily entails day travel within the designated territory.

• Occasional overnight travel may be required (2–5 nights per week, based on job location).

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must successfully pass a drug screening.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational skills are essential.

• Exceptional communication abilities are required.

• Capable of working independently and adhering to detailed instructions.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Physically and mentally equipped to climb and perform tasks at heights exceeding 150'.

• Must provide personal basic hand tools and suitable outdoor gear.

• Compliance with OSHA safety standards is mandatory.
