This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess safe driving skills, able to cover long distances, and take responsibility for the safety of your group during their travel, including checking tires and fluid levels.

• Hold a valid Light Rigid license (Medium Rigid license is preferred).

• Must have a driver's authorization First Aid Certificate (providing first aid in remote or isolated locations is preferred).

• UKTNP accreditation is preferable.

• Be a responsible, motivated team player who enjoys traveling and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrate proven leadership abilities, adept at managing group dynamics, various personalities, and cultural differences.

• Capable of communicating effectively across a broad spectrum of contexts.

• Remain cool, calm, and collected in high-pressure situations.

• Possess the ability to proactively and professionally resolve issues, including managing injuries, overseeing budgets, and addressing unexpected challenges.

• Maintain a customer service focus, prioritizing passenger satisfaction while always wearing a smile :)
