This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +2 more states.
• Embrace challenges and take risks to create unforgettable experiences for travelers on guided tours.
• Oversee the quality of the entire program to ensure a remarkable experience for all travelers.
• Provide detailed information regarding destinations, itineraries, and schedules.
• Comprehend travelers' expectations and prioritize their enjoyment throughout the trip.
• Verify every service with vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent GCT while fostering professional and friendly relationships with vendors and partners.
• Gather feedback from travelers, take notes, and relay information to the GCT Office.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in guiding tours within the specified destinations.
• A strong passion for the destinations, along with their people, culture, and traditions.
• Ability to connect travelers with locals beyond typical tourist attractions.
• In-depth knowledge of the history, daily life, nature, and culture of the destinations.
• Adaptable, with excellent teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Quick decision-making skills to handle last-minute changes effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
