• Engage in a strategic initiative

• Assist in the deployment, support, and improvement of solutions within the TOTVS RM ecosystem

• Implement and configure the TOTVS RM Healthcare module

• Collect requirements and map out processes

• Oversee user acceptance testing and other testing activities

• Offer functional support

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with TOTVS RM Healthcare

• Proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting the module

• Skilled in gathering requirements and mapping processes

• Experience with user acceptance testing, general testing, and functional support

• Consultative and analytical approach with excellent communication abilities

• Familiarity with other TOTVS RM modules

• Experience with integrations and SQL Server

• Possession of TOTVS certifications
