Audit Consultant – Sustainability Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute statutory and voluntary audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in compliance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.

• Participate in audit and advisory initiatives for domestic and international firms concerning sustainability reporting.

• Assist in advisory projects aimed at generating sustainable value for clients.

• Utilize innovative and digital auditing techniques.

• Aid in special audits and expert opinion tasks.

• Completed degree in business, law, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.

• Keen interest in auditing, financial reporting, environmental management, or sustainability management.

• Proficient in German and preferably possesses good English language skills.

• Digital mindset with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.

• Willingness to independently and swiftly familiarize oneself with new subjects.

• Eagerness to tackle challenges.

• Strong analytical skills and initiative.

• Adaptability required in an auditing and advisory setting.
