Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary change management resource for strategic initiatives.

• Perform organizational diagnostics and assess impacts.

• Create a Change Management strategy that aligns with business goals.

• Design and implement communication and engagement plans.

• Assist executive leadership in their capacity as change advocates.

• Formulate training plans and adoption pathways.

• Track engagement and adoption metrics.

• Address organizational resistance and manage associated risks.

• Lead workshops and alignment sessions.

• Facilitate digital transformation, ERP, restructuring, and cultural evolution projects.

• Proficiency in English.

• Background in transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in structured Change Management.

• Familiarity with digital or ERP projects.

• Understanding of established change management frameworks.

• Experience working in complex corporate settings.

• Strong strategic communication and influencing abilities.

• Proficient in systems thinking and critical analysis.

• Capacity to navigate uncertain environments.
