Total Quality Management Specialist, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure the health and reliability of quality programs across all business lines by guaranteeing standardization and consistent application of evaluation criteria.

• Assess and address high-complexity cases that fall outside standard workflows, concentrating on root-cause analysis and systemic solutions.

• Supervise both internal and external escalated transactions to confirm that resolutions comply with service-level agreements and quality standards.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for quality benchmarks and cross-functional feedback.

• Assist in the testing and rollout of new quality programs, workflows, and audit methods, including those driven by AI.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a healthcare environment and quality assurance.

• At least 1 year of experience showcasing strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an emphasis on proactively identifying problems and implementing solutions.

• Experience in coaching peers or auditors.

• More than 1 year of experience working with data and Google Sheets for data review.
