Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Design financial solutions and set up systems for clients, including business processes, system configurations, customizations, and integrations with third-party applications.

• Lead discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to gather essential business requirements while presenting a technical vision and solutions through process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to address those needs.

• Act as a key contributor within our implementation delivery team to create a solution proposal and execution strategy that encompasses scope, assumptions, an implementation plan, and technology solution options to achieve project objectives and long-term requirements.

• Provide leadership and technical direction in finance while proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies within the relevant functional area.

• Stay informed about third-party software vendors to utilize complementary offerings and effectively compare different solutions.

• Convey complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Conduct demonstrations of D365 Finance for clients during project execution as part of our proof of concept and Joint Process Design methodology.

• Utilize knowledge and experience to discover and promote win-win solutions with team members and clients.

• Organize tasks and projects effectively, setting clear goals to ensure timely completion.

• Make sound decisions and recommendations that align with the best interests of Stoneridge Software and our clients.

• Deliver high-quality work within set deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Prioritize personal development by engaging in training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 5-8+ years of consulting experience.

• A minimum of 3 years leading D365 F&O implementations.

• At least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations focused on Finance.

• Experience working within the following D365 F&O modules: AR, AP, collections, GL, and fixed assets.

• Familiarity with SK Soft.

• Proven capability to devise innovative solutions to address intricate business requirements and streamline/automate business processes.

• Proficient in communicating effectively in both spoken and written English.
