TLM Consultant – UKG Ready

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up the TLM, Accruals, and Leave of Absence modules

• Transform and load TLM into UKG Ready formats

• Import employee demographic data

• Manage cost centers

• Calculate pay

• Implement Accruals 1.0 and Accruals 2.0 schedules

• Oversee activities

• Administer shift premiums

• Configure middleware

• Develop custom reports

• Track attendance points

• Manage rate tables

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical consulting experience with the UKG Ready TLM modules

• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation)

• Experienced with data conversion tools such as EasyMorph, Able2Extract, and Middleware

• Strong communication skills and adept at client interactions

• Capable of handling multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment

• UKG Ready certification

• Previous implementation or consulting experience required
