TL SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the SEO team in alignment with established goals and priorities.

• Develop SEO strategies, delegate tasks, track progress, and assess the quality of solutions.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of websites, focusing on indexing, rankings, traffic, and technical health.

• Detect performance declines and opportunities for growth, and execute SEO enhancement plans.

• Establish standards, templates, and checklists for large-scale launches and ongoing website oversight.

• Identify opportunities for automation, draft technical specifications for developers, test implementations, and integrate tools into workflows.

• Conduct SEO experiments, document outcomes, and expand validated strategies.

• Collaborate on SEO projects with Content, Development, Link Building, and Affiliate teams.

• Provide reports on SEO performance, challenges, and proposed next steps.

• Mentor SEO specialists and engage in professional candidate evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience managing a vast portfolio of hundreds to thousands of website domains concurrently, including organization, bulk checks, monitoring, and prioritization of SEO tasks.

• In-depth technical SEO knowledge, covering indexing, crawling, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, sitemaps, robots.txt, and internal linking.

• Experience in automating SEO workflows, including data collection and processing, checks, alerts, reporting, and bulk operations.

• Capability to create technical requirements for developers, establish acceptance criteria, and validate implemented solutions.

• Proficient in using GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools, rank trackers, and Google Sheets for managing large datasets.

• Practical understanding of semantics, website structuring, content optimization, and link building.

• Experience in leading an SEO team, encompassing planning, task delegation, quality assurance, and specialist development.

• Proficient in conducting SEO experiments, analyzing results, and expanding successful techniques.

• Familiarity with iGaming, affiliate SEO, and single-brand projects is advantageous.

• Experience with large-scale website launches across various GEOs and languages is beneficial.

• Knowledge of newly registered domains, dropped domains, and redirect monitoring is a plus.

• Practical skills in Python, SQL, Apps Script, n8n, or other automation tools are advantageous.

• Background in API integrations and consolidated dashboards is a plus.

• Experience utilizing AI to enhance SEO processes while ensuring quality control is a plus.
