SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop, coordinate, and execute actionable SEO strategies to meet organic traffic and visibility goals.

• Utilize AI tools and automate workflows for SEO tasks, competitor analysis, data evaluation, content creation, and link-building activities.

• Discover traffic and conversion opportunities, test SEO hypotheses, and investigate unconventional strategies.

• Perform competitor research and monitor SERPs within the iGaming sector.

• Analyze traffic and ranking drops, and devise recovery strategies for Google manual actions, algorithmic penalties, spam-related issues, and technical challenges.

• Work collaboratively with content managers, link builders, developers, product managers, designers, and SEO leadership.

• Generate regular performance reports that include conclusions, priorities, recommendations, and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.

• Proficient in conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and assessing search intent.

• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other similar SEO platforms.

• Capable of performing technical SEO audits and identifying issues related to crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, and internal linking.

• Experience in creating content briefs and outlining SEO requirements for writers.

• Skilled in optimizing existing content based on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion metrics, and competitor insights.

• Ability to implement E-E-A-T principles to enhance website content, author profiles, and overall site credibility.

• Familiarity with link-building strategies and backlink profile analysis.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, structured data, and website architecture.

• Proficient in articulating SEO recommendations to writers, developers, and other team members with clarity.
