This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Design and implement innovative TikTok strategies that align with our clients' goals, whether enhancing brand awareness or introducing new products to international markets.
• Build genuine relationships with audiences, creators, and consumers on TikTok, nurturing vibrant communities that advocate for our clients' brands.
• Convert brand philosophies and values into engaging, trendsetting content that appeals to TikTok's ever-evolving audience.
• Partner with our internal social team to develop impactful content strategies, create a consistent library of content franchises, and investigate new content categories.
• Oversee the TikTok content production process from ideation to execution, including brainstorming, production, filming, and collaborating with our Creative Ops team and other stakeholders.
• Discover and produce captivating video content, master trending audio, and set the stage for viral sensations on TikTok.
• Establish and uphold a consistent posting schedule while skillfully managing daily community interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments (influencer, copy, digital, creative, retail, customer service, etc.) to create streamlined workflows.
• Stay ahead by researching platform best practices, creator communities, and rising trends.
• Evaluate content and campaign performance (testing, posting frequency, content types, etc.) to derive actionable insights that guide ongoing strategy.
• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the capability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports that highlight the success of your TikTok strategies.
• Engage daily with the TikTok environment, actively monitoring platform trends and developments.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, coupled with a demonstrated enthusiasm for TikTok content creation and management.
• 2-3+ years of experience in social media management for prominent brands (preferably client or agency-side).
• An early adopter who swiftly grasps new tools and concepts.
• A strong analytical thinker capable of linking social media community metrics to tangible business results.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across various departments and agencies to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
• Proficient in using analytical tools to derive data-informed insights and make sound recommendations.
• A creative problem-solver with a strong inclination towards innovation.
• Ability to adapt swiftly, prioritize efficiently, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
