TikTok Shop and Affiliate Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the TikTok Shop Seller Center, managing aspects such as product listings, promotional activities, and account performance.

• Recruit, onboard, and supervise TikTok Shop affiliate creators to ensure consistent content generation and sales performance.

• Strategically plan and implement affiliate campaigns, which include creator outreach, product seeding, follow-ups, and performance evaluation.

• Create detailed creator briefs, video scripts, hooks, and talking points for livestreams to enhance conversion rates.

• Track and report on GMV, affiliate sales, active creators, content output, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Engage directly with clients to provide updates on performance and to manage product launches and promotional efforts.

• Monitor affiliate commissions, payouts, and creator performance metrics.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance affiliate engagement, content quality, and overall sales performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in TikTok Shop management, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce operations.

• Practical experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center specifically for US brands.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and activating TikTok Shop affiliate creators.

• Experience in executing affiliate campaigns and monitoring GMV, creator engagement, and sales outcomes.

• Proficiency in crafting impactful creator briefs, TikTok video scripts, and hooks focused on conversions.

• Background in working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.

• Strong command of written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate directly with clients based in the US.

• Exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
