📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand the TikTok Shop affiliate and creator partnership program from its inception.

• Identify creators, oversee outreach processes, manage product gifting, and establish partnerships that produce TikTok Shop content and enhance sales performance.

• Incorporate TikTok paid advertising duties aimed at boosting the visibility of top-performing creator and affiliate content.

• Monitor affiliate performance, creator engagement, and the outcomes of campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to support TikTok Shop and creator campaign projects.

• Maintain an active engagement with TikTok culture, trends, content formats, sounds, and creator behaviors that drive conversions.

• Plan, initiate, and oversee TikTok advertising campaigns such as Spark Ads and In-Feed Ads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in managing TikTok creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or TikTok Shop campaigns.

• Background in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social media outreach within consumer product or ecommerce sectors.

• Experience in managing TikTok advertising campaigns and paid social initiatives is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Capability to manage multiple creator relationships, campaigns, and outreach processes concurrently.

• Strong grasp of TikTok culture, trends, social commerce, and creator ecosystems.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Competence in tracking campaign performance and optimizing creator and affiliate initiatives based on analytics.

• Comfortable working in collaboration with marketing and ecommerce teams.

• Solid understanding of paid social performance metrics, creative testing, and campaign optimization.

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Enthusiasm for creator marketing, affiliate growth, social commerce, and ecommerce.
