This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliates in the LATAM regions, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term partnerships with affiliates.
• Negotiate and assist in managing CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements in collaboration with the operational team.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Enhance campaigns and promotions to maximize return on investment.
• Work alongside internal marketing and analytics teams, coordinating with Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams as necessary.
• Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards set forth by the operating entity.
• Generate performance reports and forecasts for management review.
• 3–5+ years of direct experience in Affiliate Management, particularly with a focus on LATAM.
• Demonstrated experience working within LATAM markets.
• A current portfolio of active affiliates.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate KPIs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar systems.
• Exceptional communication skills (English required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly advantageous).
• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote setting.
