This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of executive compensation for our top leaders, which includes executive offers, long-term incentive design, and Compensation Committee materials in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.
• Act as the dedicated compensation business partner for a group of senior executives across G&A and Product sectors, providing quick and concise recommendations on all compensation matters.
• Spearhead AI strategy and transformation within the Compensation function by identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven workflows and agents that enhance benchmarking, scenario modeling, and stakeholder communications.
• Convert complex pay scenarios and program trade-offs into straightforward narratives and executive-ready materials that facilitate decision-making in an asynchronous-first environment.
• Influence the design of executive compensation programs, taking into account proxy considerations, scenario modeling, and long-term incentive structures that align with the company's strategic goals.
• A minimum of 8 years of compensation experience with escalating responsibilities, including substantial expertise in executive compensation (Compensation Committee preparation, proxy/CD&A exposure, executive-level offers, long-term incentive design).
• A proven history of being a trusted advisor to senior leaders, showcasing the ability to influence without direct authority and deliver difficult messages with clarity.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills in Sheets/Excel.
• Experience in crafting concise, decision-ready documents for senior executives, which includes framing problems, outlining scenario trade-offs, and providing clear recommendations that stand alone without further context.
• Background in working within small, high-performance teams where you managed end-to-end workstreams with minimal supervision in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.
• Responsible use of generative AI, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and drive measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Total compensation may also encompass equity and bonus eligibility.
