Senior Workplace Investigations Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee investigations related to claims of unauthorized access, misuse of data, and signals of insider threats.

• Conduct interviews with complainants, subjects, and witnesses.

• Write clear investigative reports that present defensible findings and conclusions.

• Collaborate with internal Security teams to analyze system logs, access patterns, and digital evidence.

• Convert technical findings into understandable investigative narratives.

• Evaluate employee intent, credibility, and risk levels.

• Assist in decision-making regarding legal, regulatory, or reputational risks.

• Organize, maintain, and track all documents related to cases.

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

• Use investigation data to derive strategic insights.

• Consult with in-house legal teams to ensure compliance.

• Promote continuous improvement in Workplace Investigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in workplace investigations, human resources, employee relations, security, and/or employment law.

• More than 5 years of experience in conducting complex, high-risk investigations.

• Familiarity with technical or digital evidence.

• Capability to function in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.

• Excellence in case management operations.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication abilities and expertise in report writing.

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
