This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct structured intake sessions to gain insights into client offerings, audience demographics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create campaign frameworks that align with lead generation and revenue objectives.
• Organize campaigns utilizing suitable objectives such as Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, etc.
• Set up ad group segmentation based on the testing strategy in place.
• Initiate campaigns using controlled budget allocation methods.
• Develop systematic creative testing plans.
• Identify and script compelling hooks, with an emphasis on the crucial first 3 seconds.
• Experiment with various creative formats, including UGC-style videos, native storytelling, problem-solution narratives, and testimonial structures.
• Track creative fatigue and performance deterioration.
• Analyze retention metrics along with hook performance.
• Rapidly scale high-performing creatives.
• Construct broad targeting strategies that align with TikTok's algorithm best practices.
• Test interest-based segmentation when appropriate.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA.
• Modify bidding strategies and audience structures based on performance analytics.
• Distinguish between creative-led and audience-led performance influencers.
• Ensure seamless flow of TikTok leads into GoHighLevel.
• Confirm the accuracy of source attribution.
• Evaluate CRM pipeline quality to gauge lead performance.
• Provide organized weekly summaries of campaign progress.
• Deliver monthly reports that include: expenditure, leads generated, cost per lead, a breakdown of creative performance, and scaling suggestions.
• Oversee daily and weekly spending pacing.
• Uphold cost efficiency standards.
• Reallocate budgets to favor high-performing creatives.
• Prevent overspending during the learning phases of campaigns.
• Implement structured methodologies for scaling campaigns.
• 2–4 years of direct experience with TikTok Ads.
• Strong grasp of short-form creative strategies.
• Experience with installing TikTok Pixel and basic Events API setup.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, preferably with GoHighLevel.
• Understanding of marketing psychology related to hooks.
• Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in scaling TikTok lead generation campaigns is preferred.
• Background in collaborating with video editors or UGC creators is preferred.
• Experience in running Meta Ads is a secondary skill that is preferred.
