This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• We are looking for a strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to spearhead impactful global pipeline initiatives that contribute to EDB’s enterprise growth strategy.
• This position will take charge of the strategy, orchestration, and enhancement of integrated demand programs that generate measurable pipeline, accelerate revenue opportunities, and fortify EDB’s market presence across essential segments.
• As a senior individual contributor, you will shape cross-functional go-to-market strategies across Marketing, Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and Operations while acting as a leader in contemporary, data-driven demand generation methodologies.
• You will integrate strategic planning with operational excellence, offering a strong perspective on audience targeting, funnel optimization, campaign architecture, and pipeline acceleration.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or integrated campaign marketing, with a proven history of managing programs from strategy to execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrated campaign design – the capability to unify paid, owned, and earned channels into cohesive, full-funnel programs.
• Experience in driving inbound lead growth through content-driven programs, SEO-focused campaigns, gated assets, webinars, and nurturing strategies.
• A shared accountability mindset: comfortable contributing to team-level MQL and pipeline objectives while owning the performance of your specific campaigns and channels.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make confident optimization decisions.
• Excellent project management skills; adept at managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present performance insights and campaign strategies to cross-functional partners.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated with strong influence across functions.
• Practical experience with Marketo (or similar platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot) and Salesforce CRM (preferred).
• Background in the enterprise software, data, or cloud infrastructure sectors (preferred).
• Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools (preferred).
• Experience managing agency or vendor partnerships for paid media or content syndication initiatives (preferred).
