This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• **THE WORK**
• This position focuses on B2B Meta advertising. You will manage campaigns from start to finish — including strategy, targeting, budgeting, testing, and optimization — specifically for B2B audiences. This is not a B2C DTC role nor a brand-awareness position.
• Success will not be gauged by clicks or impressions; instead, it will be determined by **booked calls and qualified sales opportunities**. If your campaigns do not generate pipeline, they are deemed ineffective — regardless of how impressive the CTR may appear.
• You will also be responsible for producing creative content yourself. This is not a role strictly for media buying where completed ads are provided by others. You must be able to draft, write, and create direct-response static and video ad concepts when necessary.
• **HOW WE WORK**
• - Focus on pipeline accountability rather than vanity metrics.
• - Transparent reporting — you will articulate what is effective and the reasoning behind it, supported by data for each recommendation.

• - A small senior team with direct communication to operators and zero bureaucracy.
• **WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO**
• - Construct, initiate, and oversee B2B Meta ad campaigns from beginning to end.
• - Manage targeting, budget distribution, and continuous optimization.
• - Draft and produce direct-response static and video ad concepts.
• - Provide weekly performance reports with clear, data-driven recommendations.
• - Quickly iterate based on data insights rather than personal bias.
• - Work in collaboration with the creative and growth teams on testing strategies.
• **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
• Must-have:
• - Proven experience managing **B2B** Meta ad campaigns from strategy to execution — including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• - A history of generating **booked calls or qualified sales opportunities** — not merely traffic or engagement statistics.
• - Capability to deliver transparent, data-supported reporting and clear recommendations for optimization.
• - Demonstrated ability to **draft, write, create, and publish** engaging direct-response static and video ads.
• - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment — able to accept and provide feedback constructively.
• Strong signals:
• - Currently employed at a performance/ads agency (ideal — such environments foster the range and pace this role demands).
• - Experience managing multiple B2B client accounts concurrently.
• - Has built or managed a reporting dashboard connecting spending directly to pipeline results.
• - Can present specific before-and-after optimization actions with named outcomes.
• Not the right fit for:
• - B2C/DTC-only media buyers lacking B2B experience.
• - Purely creative individuals without media buying or budget management experience.
• - Media buyers who have never personally authored or created an ad.
• - Individuals who report on CTR/impressions without linking to pipeline or revenue.
