This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create visually compelling thumbnails for various video content, such as podcasts, communications videos, and game highlights.

• Ensure that all thumbnails are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

• Maintain a swift turnaround on projects while upholding quality standards and best practices.

• Deliver thumbnails by established deadlines and be open to feedback for necessary revisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and compliance with messaging and deliverables.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in thumbnail design.

• Flexibility to work hours that align with Pacific Time deadlines.

• Capability to create engaging thumbnails without relying on AI-generated images.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Experienced with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools).

• Passionate about esports, entertainment, and pop culture.

• A portfolio of thumbnail designs is required for consideration.

• Ability to think critically and adapt behavior and solutions to dynamic situations.

• Skill in applying intelligence to practical, real-world contexts where standard solutions may not apply.
