📋 Description

• The Molecular Solutions Design Specialist will act as the subject matter expert and assist in achieving sales goals by formulating a technical design tailored for customers.

• Initiate and execute competitive assessments to bolster business strategy as needed.

• Establish and nurture effective long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Work in conjunction with marketing and product development teams to provide voice-of-customer insights to enhance Abbott Molecular solutions and offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Proven experience in automation, technical laboratory, and lean workflow is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in diagnostics and/or laboratory settings is essential.

• Familiarity with laboratory workflow is required.
