This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, organize, and execute projects by evaluating and comprehending project scope and objectives.
• Successfully drive multiple concurrent projects and initiatives to meet deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the claims organization regarding project specifics, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify operational challenges by conducting root-cause analysis to implement effective solutions for the organization.
• Review and assess existing process workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas in need of enhancement, then design and produce revised processes, procedures, and documentation with the necessary guidance and oversight.
• Develop process maps with minimal assistance and facilitate sessions for process design, improvement, and root-cause analysis.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities and trends, track project effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPIs), and create reports and presentations on process performance.
• Encourage, motivate, and influence colleagues and leadership without direct managerial authority, fostering collaboration on new processes and training.
• 3-5 years of experience in property claims, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the claims process (FNOL, policy reading, investigation, coverage determination, evaluation, and settlement) to support adjusting teams.
• Capable of deconstructing complex concepts into manageable components, recognizing patterns, and determining a clear path forward.
• Excellent, customer-focused verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and consistently to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Inspires and motivates cross-functionally; skilled at influencing and leading team members from various backgrounds without direct authority.
• Meets deadlines while managing competing priorities; self-driven, organized, and able to work autonomously on assigned or leader-directed tasks.
• Eager to learn various methodologies and problem-solving tools, such as root-cause analysis, process mapping, and project management.
• An early adopter of new technologies, processes, and software; proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, project management tools, training and documentation resources, and AI tools; capable of training peers on new technologies.
• Proficient in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, assess performance, and make swift decisions.
