This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee intricate intelligence investigations involving cyber threat actors, ransomware activities, nation-state operations, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks.
• Gather, correlate, and analyze intelligence from both technical and non-technical sources.
• Generate tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence assessments for members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and align findings with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Analyze the impact of cyber incidents, geopolitical movements, technological trends, and systemic risks affecting the financial sector.
• Compose intelligence reports, threat assessments, alerts, white papers, and executive briefings.
• Present intelligence discoveries and risk recommendations to executives, members, and external partners.
• Convert technical intelligence into actionable business insights and risk management guidance.
• Spearhead information-sharing initiatives, intelligence exchanges, and member engagement activities.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, law enforcement, and industry partners.
• Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
• Utilize AI to enhance analysis, decision-making, productivity, and innovation.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, threats, and risks.
• Contribute to intelligence strategy, collection priorities, and analytical standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance intelligence methodologies, workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support organizational cyber resilience initiatives.
• Mentor Threat Intelligence Analyst I and II team members, providing analytical coaching and product reviews.
• Advocate for best practices in intelligence collection, analysis, reporting, and information sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, Criminal Justice, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, incident response, threat hunting, or related fields is required.
• Experience supporting financial services, critical infrastructure, government, military, intelligence, or cybersecurity organizations is preferred.
• Experience in leading intelligence projects and delivering presentations to executive audiences is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Advanced knowledge of cyber threat intelligence methodologies and intelligence lifecycle management is necessary.
• Profound understanding of threat actors, cybercrime ecosystems, nation-state operations, malware, ransomware, vulnerabilities, and threat hunting concepts.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of AI-enabled tools and technologies relevant to the role.
