Security System Analyst – Lenel, Milestone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of incidents from start to finish — from logging to resolution.

• Assess and diagnose issues across physical security systems, infrastructure, and hardware.

• Conduct remote troubleshooting for Lenel OnGuard and Milestone environments.

• Address issues internally whenever feasible, minimizing reliance on external engineers.

• Collaborate with third-party engineers by providing clear diagnostics and a defined scope of work.

• Ensure precise ticketing, documentation, and data quality within systems.

• Assist with system administration tasks such as patching, upgrades, firmware updates, and onboarding new sites.

• Play a role in a global support model, including on-call duties as services grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale enterprise physical security systems.

• Strong technical proficiency in Lenel OnGuard (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Milestone or similar Video Management Systems (VMS).

• Background in incident management, ticket triage, and technical troubleshooting.

• Capability to swiftly diagnose issues and take full responsibility until resolved.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

• Preferred: Lenel certification.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, switches, connectivity troubleshooting).

• Experience with ITIL or structured service management methodologies.
