Third-Party Risk Management Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of OneTrust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) solutions, starting from project initiation to production deployment.

• Design, configure, and enhance OneTrust workflows for vendor onboarding, risk assessments, approvals, automation, dashboards, and reporting.

• Create and manage OneTrust integrations with enterprise applications utilizing APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and other integration tools.

• Collect client requirements, facilitate solution design workshops, suggest best practices, and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Direct solution testing, user acceptance testing, production deployments, issue resolution, and post-launch support.

• Generate and maintain solution designs, configuration guides, integration documentation, test plans, and training materials for administrators.

• Ensure that solutions comply with governance, risk, privacy, and compliance requirements, as well as relevant frameworks.

• Deliver implementations punctually and within scope, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting enterprise integrations, automating vendor risk processes, sharing knowledge, and reducing post-production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, consulting, or solution delivery.

• At least 2 years of direct experience with OneTrust implementation.

• Proven experience in implementing OneTrust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and/or Vendor Risk Management (VRM).

• Experience leading client-facing implementation projects from the discovery phase through to production deployment.

• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements at the same time.

• Hands-on experience with OneTrust TPRM or VRM implementation.

• Experience in integrating OneTrust with enterprise applications using APIs, OAuth, webhooks, or similar technologies.

• Capability to independently troubleshoot complex implementation and integration challenges.

• Authorization to work in the United States, if applicable.

• Preferred qualifications include OneTrust Professional Certification; OneTrust Third-Party Management Certification; OneTrust Vendor Risk Management certification or equivalent credentials; CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar certifications.

• Preferred experience with a consulting firm, systems integrator, or OneTrust Professional Services.

• Technical expertise in OneTrust TPRM, VRM, OneTrust Integration Manager, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON, webhooks, SAML/SSO, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Coupa, ERP platforms, SecurityScorecard, BitSight, procurement systems, identity providers, and GRC platforms.
