Therapist – Older Adults, LMSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being a member of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

• Efficiently handle documentation utilizing our optimized EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and participate in clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed to practice in Michigan.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.
