Evening Therapist, MSW, RSW, RP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, accessible virtual mental health therapy throughout Canada

• Be available for evening session slots from 6 to 9 PM EST on weekdays

• Facilitate Meet & Greet sessions to foster strong therapeutic relationships

• Create comprehensive treatment plans to enhance client retention

• Develop and maintain a sustainable caseload in collaboration with the practice

• Oversee clinical sessions and documentation using the secure telehealth platform

• Concentrate on clinical care and client relationships while Shift Collab manages billing, scheduling, intake administration, marketing, referrals, and back-office operations

• Engage in supervision, peer groups, team meetings, workshops, webinars, clinical training, and knowledge exchange

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, registered as an MSW RSW or RP

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience

• Professional liability insurance

• Reliable internet connection and a secure, private workspace

• Strong skills in virtual therapy and proficiency with telehealth platforms

• Professional references required

• Vulnerable Sector Check mandatory for all successful candidates

• Experience or certifications in ADHD and neurodiversity, EMDR, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, IFS, anxiety, work stress and burnout, or OCD are advantageous

• Fluency in languages other than English is highly desirable
