This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients, free from corporate administrative constraints.

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care through telehealth sessions.

• Engage in a collaborative team model alongside multiple therapists and a prescriber.

• Participate in regular meetings with collaborating prescribers, at least once a month, to review patient cases or discuss clinical topics.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Develop and manage a swiftly expanding caseload.

• Conduct clinical work from home on self-selected days and hours.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is mandatory.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist is required.

• Experience with diverse populations, particularly the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is highly preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in utilizing computers and technology.

• Previous experience in providing Telehealth services is preferred.
