Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being a member of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our user-friendly EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or comparable credentials.

• Licensed to practice in Rhode Island.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.
