Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation through our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed in Vermont.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous — we can manage it either way.
