Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being a part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation effectively using our efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed in New Hampshire.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Must be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus, though we manage it either way.
