This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Provide top-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our advanced EMR and AI-driven documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Kentucky.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus — we manage it regardless.
