Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW/LMFT/LCPC, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being a part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation through our streamlined EMR and AI documentation systems.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and attend clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Montana.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus — we handle it either way.
