Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCMH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each individual patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a cohesive and supportive healthcare team.

• Efficiently manage documentation using our optimized EMR and AI documentation systems.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and attend clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must be licensed in the state of Delaware.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience with senior adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous, though not required as we manage it either way.
