Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly patients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

• Efficiently manage documentation through our optimized EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in New Mexico.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous, though we manage it either way.
