Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors in a virtual environment

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive care team

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent

• Licensed to practice in Oregon

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Preferred experience with older adults or geriatric populations

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous — we manage it either way
